Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years as on 01/01/2018.
Educational Qualifications:
Category (1) -> Minimum Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
Category (2) -> Minimum 12th Class (+2 Stage) Pass.
Examination Fee: ₹ 500/- only for General and OBC Category Candidates. The Exam fee is payable in Indian Portal Order (IPO payable at GPO, Kolkata) drawn in favour of 'FA & CAO, Eastern Railway, Kolkata'. No fee for SC, ST, Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes.
