Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) Srinagar invites Online applications from the permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State for recruitment position of Lecturer in various disciplines of Government Medical College, Srinagar and Super-Specialty Hospital Government Medical College, Srinagar/ Jammu. The last date for submission of online applications is 12th August 2017.

Age Limit (As on 1st January 2017): Minimum - 18 Years; Maximum - 40 Years for General, 42 Years for Physically Challenged candidates, 43 Years for RBA/ SC/ ST/ ALC/ SLC categories, 45 Years for Candidates in Govt. Service, 48 Years for Ex-Serviceman.
Pay Scale: ₹ 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of ₹ 5400/-
Educational Qualification: For Medical Persons - Post graduate degree (i.e. M.S. / M.D. / DNB) in concerned discipline; For Non-Medical Persons - Ph.D in concerned discipline.
Examination Fee: ₹ 805/- for General Category Candidates; ₹ 405/- for Reserved category Candidates. After successful submission of the form online, a challan will be generated indicating the basic details of the candidate which inter-alia shall indicate the amount of fee to be deposited in the J&K Bank branch.
Selection Process: The selection process shall be conducted in accordance with the Rule 51 of Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 1980 amended from time to time and notified vide Notification No. 07 -PSC (DR) of 2017 dated: 07.06.2017. The Interview of the candidates will be held at the Headquarter of J&K PSC i.e Solina Srinagar or Resham Ghar Colony Bakshi Nagar Jammu.
